  Process:

  This certificate was awarded to TVH for the Quality Management system implemented company–wide. With this we (TVH) are focusing on continual process improvement in implementing the QMS which includes Projects, Quality control, Electrical & Plumbing, Billing, Contracts, Architecture, Sales & Marketing, Customer Care, HR & Admin, Liaison, Electrical & Plumbing and Management Representative. And we, TVH, have undergone re-certification audit recently and got the approval for another 3 years (till 27th April 2012).

  Process:

  This certificate was awarded to TVH for the Environmental Management System implemented. With this certification we are focusing on the conservation of natural resources, environment friendly buildings, avoiding contamination of water, air, land etc. Statutory and other requirements are strictly adhered to. This certification involves all the departments, Project sites, activities with reference to identified environmental aspects

  Grievances and Avoiding Conflicts & Building relationship

  • Avoiding conflicts of interest
    • TVH recognizes and respects the right of employees to take part in activities outside their jobs. However, those activities must be lawful and free of conflict with their responsibilities as TVH employees must not misuse TVH resources or influence, or discredit Company’s good name and reputation.
    • It also encourages the employees attending part time classes and distance education by permitting them to attend the class, sanctioning leave and also giving loan for their higher education.
  • Relationships with suppliers, dealers and other business
    • Valuable gifts and flowers on festive occasions will be given to the Suppliers, Vendors, Bankers and Government Officials to make the relationship stronger.

  Welfare Measures:

  Training & Development:

  • Yearly Training Calendar is updated by collecting different Training Calendars from the reputed Training Centers and Agencies and also from other Sources:
    • In house Training program by the Staff member on various topics related with their profession.
    • In house Training program by the Outside agencies on various topics.
    • Factory visit to different construction related Companies.
    • Nomination for outside training programs conducted by different agencies.
  • Based on the Head of the Department recommendation in the competency form the training program will be organized to equip their skills.
  • After the program, their skills are analyzed from the learning feedback form duly filled by the particular staff member who has participated in the program.
  • End of the third month of the program the respective HOD fills the “measurement of the Effectiveness of the employee” form, which gives the idea where the employee stands.
  • Taking into consideration of the Self Evaluation form, after 6 months performance Appraisal Forms are duly filled by the HOD and HR for the further process of the employee.

  Other Activities:

  • We have been organizing Medical camps at sites for the labors' and their family.
  • We have created crèche at each site to educate the children of the labors with qualified Teachers.

  Extra Curricular Activities:

  • Company is having a Corporate Cricket Team, which is participating in different Tournaments and staffs practice regularly.
