The candidate at a real estate construction company must be able to visualize all items of work involved in high–rise buildings. Should have the ability to handle and check measurements of the main contractors and all other sub–contractors.

Should be in a position to efficiently check & co-ordinate reinforcement designs with structural consultants/ architects and co-ordinate reconciliation of steel issued.

CA with over 3 year of post qualification experience in heading the accounts department, preferably of a service industry.
CA with exposure in real estate/ infrastructure project will be an added advantage. With at least 3 years in completing the finalization of accounts of a multi-faceted growing concern.
Effective team leader with good communication skills. In depth knowledge of cash flow, budget monitoring and management reporting shall be responsible for the entire accounting functionalities including completion of audit.
